Scan your iPhone for Pegasus Spyware with This App

A new app now allows users to regularly scan their iPhones for Pegasus spyware for just $1. Pegasus is a highly intrusive malware capable of accessing almost all the data on your device.

Developed by the NSO Group, Pegasus exploits zero-day vulnerabilities — security flaws unknown to Apple. This spyware can execute “zero-click” attacks, requiring no interaction from the targeted user.

Reports reveal that simply receiving a specific iMessage, without opening or interacting with it, can expose personal data. While Apple actively works to detect infected iPhones and warn users, according to a report highlights a new solution for proactive and regular device scanning.

The mobile security company iVerify has introduced a malware detection feature. Their findings show that out of 2,500 device scans requested by their customers, seven devices were found infected with NSO Group’s notorious Pegasus spyware.

Pegasus attacks often target individuals such as political activists, journalists, lawyers, politicians, and executives. However, iVerify notes that the seven identified victims span across different segments of society, proving the spyware’s reach isn’t limited to any single group.
